About Us

AquaStreet is an online store based in Lahore, Pakistan, specializing in aquarium accessories including fish food, filters, air pumps, nets, decor and related products.

Orders and Payments

All orders placed on aquastreet.pk are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we are unable to fulfill it due to stock unavailability or any other reason. You will be notified immediately if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be arranged if payment was already made.

We currently accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and Bank Transfer. All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3 to 14 working days depending on your location and the courier service available in your area.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays. AquaStreet is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services.

Return Policy

All sales on AquaStreet are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests only in cases where the product received is different from what was ordered. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 327 7816502 or by emailing us at aquastreetpk@gmail.com.

All courier charges for sending the product back to us and receiving the exchanged product are to be borne by the customer on both sides. AquaStreet will not cover any shipping costs related to exchanges.

Warranty

AquaStreet does not offer any warranty on products sold through our website. All products are sourced from trusted suppliers and are genuine, however we do not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer may offer.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product information, images and prices as accurately as possible. However we do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are completely error free. If a product you receive is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on aquastreet.pk including logos, images, text and graphics is the property of AquaStreet and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AquaStreet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through our platform. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
