At AquaStreet we are committed to delivering your aquarium accessories safely and on time to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan including major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta as well as remote and rural areas.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 14 working days depending on your location and the courier service available in your area. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions or courier related delays.

Courier Partners

We ship all orders through Leopards Courier and Postex Courier, two of Pakistan’s most reliable courier services. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order. A flat shipping rate applies for parcels within 1kg and a separate flat rate applies for parcels above 1kg. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment is required for COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number on the Leopards Courier or Call Courier website to track your order in real time.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp at +92 327 7816502 or email us at aquastreetpk@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter with the courier and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

AquaStreet is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier service once the parcel has been handed over for delivery. However we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
